Design and prototype user-focused digital experiences that balance accessibility, clarity, and usability. My work includes optimizing website layouts and navigation systems within AbbVie’s Unity Design System, redesigning a security requirements portal into an AI-powered chatbot experience, building an interactive patient case tool for sales representatives, and creating a microsite that helps patients and healthcare providers confidently access the information they need.

I am designing a next-generation security compliance experience for a large enterprise healthcare organization, focused on transforming how users complete complex, high-stakes workflows.
The existing system relies on dense, form-heavy interactions that create friction, slow completion, and increase the likelihood of errors. My role is to reimagine this experience within an enterprise design system, leading the design direction to make the process more intuitive, guided, and scalable.
Working closely with developers and a design lead, I am exploring a shift from static forms to a more conversational, AI-assisted interaction model. Instead of navigating long questionnaires, users are guided step by step through a structured flow that provides clarity, context, and real-time support when questions become complex.
This approach reduces cognitive load, improves completion accuracy, and creates a more accessible experience, while maintaining the structure required for enterprise compliance. The result is a system that makes complex processes feel clear, supportive, and manageable at scale.

Quality Intake Portal
I designed an improved quality intake experience for a large enterprise healthcare organization, focused on supporting analysts who manage complex reporting workflows.
The existing system presented challenges with navigation, outdated patterns, and inefficient information flow. My role was to redesign the experience within an enterprise design system, creating a more modern, intuitive, and seamless workflow that better supported users handling detailed reporting tasks.
I led efforts to restructure the information architecture, simplify navigation, and introduce clearer UI patterns that reduced friction and improved task completion. This work included developing 50+ wireframes and multiple interactive prototypes, which were evaluated through user feedback to identify successful elements and areas for improvement.
I collaborated closely with developers and a design lead, contributing to overall design direction while also gaining hands-on experience with user research and testing. The work focused on refining the experience based on feedback, aligning with engineering constraints, and exploring opportunities to streamline workflows through more guided and efficient interactions.rate automation features that streamline the reporting process.

Internal Design System
As a UI/UX Design Intern, I supported the transition of existing websites into an internal design system, a custom React-based framework used to standardize digital experiences across the organization.
In this role, I updated layouts, improved accessibility, and ensured consistent branding across both internal tools and external platforms. I collaborated closely with designers, engineers, and developers to apply design tokens, reusable components, and established navigation patterns.
Through this work, I contributed to modernizing digital experiences while helping create a more cohesive, scalable, and user-friendly ecosystem.
